1. Nature of Service
The platform is a digital community service that allows users to view and search information about planned journeys of other users and to establish contact with each other.
2. Platform is Not a Carrier
The platform operator is not a carrier, courier service, or transport intermediary and does not enter into any contractual relationship between users.
3. Agreement is Always Between Users
Any agreement regarding the handover of items, possible compensation, or conditions takes place exclusively between platform users outside the platform.
4. Liability
The operator is not liable for the content of transported items, their damage, loss, or delay, nor for the actions of other users.
5. Fees
Any fees paid by users relate exclusively to the use of the digital platform (membership, verification, highlighting) and not to the transport of items.
6. Restrictions
The platform is intended only for small items. It is prohibited to transport dangerous, illegal, or forbidden items. The recommended maximum item value is 2,000 CZK.
7. Conclusion
The platform serves as a community tool for making journeys visible, not as a logistics service.
